Ingredients:
200 grams of chicken breast, cut into long thin

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, cindang

100 ml chicken broth / water
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce english
1 green pepper, cut into long thin
1 teaspoon dried basil

How to prepare:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Sauté in 2 tablespoons olive oil until slightly browned. Lift.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
4. Add broth / water, tomato sauce, Ketchup UK, peppers and basil.
5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce is thick.
6. Add salt and sugar if necessary.
